1st step :  Click on "View Copyright info"

2nd Step : Click on " I want to learn more about the dispute process."





3rd Step : Click on

4th step: click on number "2"

and write on the blank space

and write your name in signature

and write this statement of good faith: "I have a good faith belief that the material was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, and that I am not intentionally abusing this dispute process. "

and now click on "Continue"

 

and now click on "Submit Dispute"
